History:

Founded in 1980 as McBride Electronic Marketing Company, our organization began with three product lines focused on electronic assembly bench tooling. After incorporating in 1983, the company entered a new chapter in 1986 when Ron Rau joined founder Mike McBride as a partner, prompting the transition to DiversiTech Representatives, Inc. As our name evolved, so did our capabilities. DiversiTech expanded its product offerings and grew its salesforce now representing more than 100 years of combined experience in electronic assembly equipment throughout Southern California. In January 2016, Al Rios joined Mike and Ron as a full partner, strengthening the leadership team and supporting continued growth.

The company is also a proud corporate member of the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA) and the ESD Association.
